This website is owned and operated by Lauren Graves. This website offers live dance classes online and an on-demand video workout library.
In order to use this website and/or receive the services available, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority, right, and freedom to enter into these terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

When purchasing a class or a monthly workout subscription, you agree that: you are responsible for reading the description before making a purchase and you enter into a legally binding contract when you complete the payment process.

The prices charged are listed on the website. LG Dance and Fitness reserves the right to change the prices for services at any time.

There are NO REFUNDS, MAKE-UP CLASSES or FUTURE CREDITS for either online classes or the monthly subscription package.

LG Dance and Fitness may, without prior notice, change the services, stop providing the services offered, create limits for the services, or permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason or for no reason.

As user of the website you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

LG Dance and Fitness may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations.
